Booking policies

Plain and simple, so there are no surprises except the one you are planning.

Deposit
A 50% deposit is due when you book and holds your date. The deposit is non-refundable, but it is transferable: you can move it to a new date within 12 months of your original date, subject to availability.
Balance
The remaining 50% is due 7 days before your proposal. We send you a secure Stripe payment link. If the balance is not paid by the due date, we may release your date.
Weather
Weather reschedules are free. If rain, lightning or high wind make your plan unsafe or unpleasant, we decide together, usually by the morning of, and move you to a new date or a covered backup. Your deposit and any balance paid carry over in full.
Changing your date for other reasons
Life happens. Tell us as soon as you can. Your deposit moves to a new date within 12 months. If you have already paid the balance and change within 7 days of the event, costs we cannot recover, like flowers already ordered, may be deducted from the amount we carry over.
Venue and permit fees
Some parks, beaches, gardens and venues charge entry, rental or permit fees. We bill these at cost, with no markup, and tell you before we commit to them.
Real flowers only
We only use real flowers and petals, and we remove everything we bring when we leave. Miami Beach bans synthetic petals and plastic decor on its beaches, and we hold every setup to that standard.
Add-ons with variable pricing
Some add-ons, like a private dinner, start at a listed price. If your choices cost more, we confirm the difference with you before adding it to your balance. Engagement parties are quoted separately.
Local rules
Some spots do not allow alcohol, open flame, amplified sound or certain decor. We follow the rules of each location and adapt the setup, for example with sparkling cider or LED candles, without reducing the value of your package.
Photos
With your permission, we may share photos from your proposal on our website and social media. Just tell us if you would rather keep them private and we will.
