Terms of service
Last updated November 3, 2026.
These terms apply when you book with Down on One. By paying a deposit, you agree to them and to our booking policies, which are part of these terms.
Bookings and payment
Your date is held once your 50% deposit is paid. The balance is due 7 days before your event. Prices are in US dollars. Venue, entry and permit fees are billed separately at cost.
Deposits and rescheduling
Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to a new date within 12 months, subject to availability. Weather reschedules are free. Full details are on our policies page.
Changes to the setup
We will deliver the package you booked. We may substitute items of equal or greater value when something is unavailable, for example a flower that is out of season, or when local rules require it. If a location becomes unavailable, we will work with you on an alternative of similar quality.
Your responsibilities
Please give us accurate details, arrive on time and follow the rules of the location. Delays caused by late arrival may shorten your time on site.
Safety and conduct
We may pause or end a setup if weather, crowds or conduct make it unsafe. Where weather is the cause, our free reschedule applies.
Photos and video
You receive personal use rights to the photos and video from your proposal. We may share them only with your permission.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a booking is limited to the amount you paid us for that booking. We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
